This was my first time doing a pickup order and on my first bite there was a sticker in my food. I understand mistakes happen but now I feel like my bowls infected with germs.

I really loved this, and it was my first time here! Very fresh, nice selection... best described at Asian style Chipotle. Salmon was excellent! I'll be back before too long!

This location used to be great, but it's recently gone down hill. My food came with a fly inside the sealed bowl. Extra protein I guess. This is the culmination of several recent instances of poor quality or lack of care.

I used to LOVE this place, great food and even greater proportions. I would say this lasted until maybe after covid. After that, I’ve never had such a displeasure as I do now when ordering. The workers are miserable, and they are so rude when I ask them to add more than a pinch of food to my bowl. I paid 1.50$ for this sad excuse of a side of avocado!! And yes, it’s not only the sides they’re stingy on, it’s the whole meal. Eat here if you want to pay for a gourmet meal while only having enough to feed a toddler.

I give 4 stars for the food as it is a decently priced, well rounded, tasty meal. I give the customer service a 2. There have been two separate times that I left feeling unsettled with the customer service. The first time I came in I ordered half tofu and half chicken. When it was time to check out I was charged for double protein and let them know, I did not have double protein, I had half-and-half of two items that cost the same price. They told me that’s how that works and that I had to pay the extra fee. Whatever I guess, but doesn’t make sense to me. Tonight I came to order, had to wait 5-10 minutes as they were out of the noodles I wanted. I forgot to order cheese, and brought the bowl up to ask if they could add it. I said “I didn’t order cheese because I forgot, are you able to add it” and he tells me to remember to add it next time (as if I meant to forget) and acts like it’s a big deal to put it in a side dish. I presume it is against policy to take my untouched bowl back behind the glass after purchased, which is fine, but is it really that big of a deal to put it on the side? I told him it was fine and I didn’t need it, but that was just annoying. The drink machine was

Man this place is super good. As a healthy west-coaster , this place hits my vibes spot on. Food is a trifecta of healthy , tasty, and fast . So hard to find these days . Also v affordable to boot! They give you free miso soup too, what a steal. I got bowl with clear noodles, purple rice and everything else you could add. With sesame dressing. Only downside was it took em extra 5 minutes to cook up tofu, but it was so tasty right out of the cooker I didn’t mind one bit! Will definitely be back!
